What we will do now?

Assuming you have finished the General Affidavit form requirements including providing your valid (state/federal) identification card. The notary will process the form to us within next 8 hours. Once we have your form, this is what will happen

1. An acknowledgment email stating we have received all required documents will be sent to you.
2. If you took Nevada Course for 3 Point Reduction (DMV course) we will send your completion to the Nevada DMV directly.

*Please note: 3 Point Reduction is designed for only Nevada Driver’s License holder who have between 3 – 11 Demerit Points already on their record and who selected the DMV course during the registration process.

3. If you have taken our course as part of an agreement with a Nevada courthouse, you will receive your completion certificate by the certificate delivery method you selected during your registration. As per Nevada State law, a student is required to provide his/her completion certificate to the courthouse. Please contact your courthouse for further instructions.

Please note:  Out of state drivers must clear up their moving violation with the court to prevent reporting to their home state DMV.  Per the NV DMV: Residents of another state who received a citation in Nevada - Contact the court of jurisdiction as listed on the citation for possible plea bargain arrangements. Nevada DMV 3 Point Reduction is not available as an option for out of state drivers.

If you are faxing or mailing in your certificate to your courthouse, we do recommend that our students follow up to ensure your completion was credited to your case.
